Every Paddle Collective session is part of a structured weekly program, written fresh each Sunday. It follows a season plan, a build phase, a speed phase, a taper into key races, so the work you do on a Tuesday morning connects to where you want to be months from now. Each week has a theme and a purpose built session, released in levels so a first timer and a national medallist can share the same water and both leave better.
You do not need to know any of that to show up. Just come. The coach briefs the session on the sand before you launch, and you paddle your level while we do the thinking.
Every session runs the same rhythm: arrive 15 minutes early and get set up, shore briefing, warm up, the main set scaled to your level, live coaching and feedback, cool down, then coffee and a debrief. Skis, paddles and safety gear provided, or bring your own.
Packs and subscriptions are tied to your email. Book with that email and the session is covered, no card needed. Sessions can be changed or cancelled free up to 24 hours before.
Down south, up the Ningaloo, or out to Rotto. Each camp is a mix of skill building, exploration and a chance to disconnect with a great crew. Equipment provided, no experience required. Book with a deposit, pay the balance 60 days out.

Camps run from both states. Your deposit secures your spot; we invoice the balance 60 days before the camp with bank transfer details, or you can pay it by card at the same price. Camp cancellations are refunded on a sliding scale by days before departure; see Policies. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Fun, safe ocean racing open to every level, run by the people who coach you all week. Enter early, bring a mate, and we will see you on the start line.

Four days exploring the Gold Coast coastline, chasing the best downwind conditions and making the most of everything this stretch of Queensland has to offer. Bring your own ski or have a craft supplied, leave the everyday behind, and join a crew who share your passion for surf ski and ocean racing. The highlight is an overnight stay on South Stradbroke Island on the final night.

Never paddled a ski? Two classes that take you from the sand to your first guided group paddle.
Register your interest, free, and we send you the next clinic dates and the booking link first.
Class one, on the Mermaid Waters canals: how a ski works, setting up your craft, getting in and out, and the remount (falling in is part of it, we make it easy), plus dry land stroke basics. Class two, on the water: first strokes with a coach beside you, balance and connection, then a short guided group paddle.

Escape to Rotto with just your ski. Paddle over Sunday, two island days, ride the Doctor course home.
$600 deposit secures your spot. Balance of $1,800 invoiced 60 days before the camp, bank transfer or card at the same price. Cancellations follow the camp cancellation policy: full refund less $250 more than 180 days out, 75% at 90 to 180 days, 50% at 60 to 89 days, 25% or a trip credit at 30 to 59 days, nothing inside 30 days. See Policies.
Paddle across to Rottnest, base ourselves on the island for three nights, spend two days chasing the best conditions around Rotto, then ride the full Doctor course back to the mainland on the final day.

The first edition. A week of downwinds in one of the most reliable sea breezes on earth.
From $1,650 per person twin share to $3,750 single room. 15% deposit to book, balance invoiced 60 days before the camp. Cancellations follow the camp cancellation policy (tiered refunds by days before departure, nothing inside 30 days). See Policies.
Every summer afternoon the Fremantle Doctor rolls up the Perth coast and switches on runner after runner, km after km. We base at Sorrento Beach, a stone's throw from the water, and each day shuttle you to the best launch spot for the forecast. You paddle the runs at your pace, with expert coaching and local knowledge aplenty.

Dates locked. Bookings opening soon. Register now for first option on a spot.
Free to register. Registering gets you first option before the camp goes public. Run with OceanPaddler.
Western Australia's north west coast is a natural wonder of coral reefs, rugged cliffs and untouched islands. Exmouth sits where the winds and the whale sharks are both on in July, with some of the world's premier downwind conditions on the ocean side and calm exploring on the gulf side.

Fun, safe ocean racing open to every level, run by the people who coach you all week. Enter early, bring a mate, and we will see you on the start line.

Technique self checks, beginner guides, camp day by days and race preparation from the coaching team.

Expert coaching, all the gear provided and a first session that costs you nothing.
A surf ski is a long, sleek sit on top kayak built for open water. It looks fast because it is, but here is the part nobody tells you: it is one of the most beginner friendly ways into paddling, as long as you start in the right water with the right coach.
You do not need to be an athlete. You do not need to own a ski. You do not need ocean experience. Our beginner sessions start on the calm, protected canals at Mermaid Waters where balance and technique come quickly, and we stay right beside you the whole way. If you can swim and you are keen, you can learn to surf ski with us.

No. We provide skis, paddles and all safety equipment. Just bring yourself, swimmers and a willingness to get wet.
It is easier to start than most people expect. We begin on calm, flat water where balance comes quickly, with a coach right beside you. Falling in is part of the fun, and we teach you to remount with control on day one.
If you can swim and you are reasonably active, you can start. Surf ski builds fitness as you go, and our beginner sessions are paced for first timers, not athletes.
Swimmers, a towel, sun protection and water. We supply the rest, and your confirmation tells you exactly where to meet.
Yes. Your first coached session is free with the code firstsessionfree at checkout. No commitment.

Find your people, fuel your passion. Our mission is to ignite the passion for paddling through transformative experiences. By creating unforgettable moments on the water, we inspire and connect paddlers through the power of collective adventure.
We coach the way we were coached: on the water, beside you, with a plan for where you are heading. Every session is written to a season, every camp has a coach in the double and a boat on the water, and the first thing we teach is how to remount. Whether you are chasing your first kilometre on a ski or a start line at the Doctor, you will be coached by someone who has done it recently and still loves it.
